Effective July 1, 2023, all credit card purchases will be subject to a 3% service charge. Payment in full is required at the time of delivery. Any unpaid balance not settled within the agreed terms will incur a service charge of 1.64% per month, which is equivalent to an annual percentage rate (APR) of 19.73%.
All canceled orders and merchandise returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be inspected in the home by an owner of The Gray Mill prior to the issuance of any refund.
